Behind the Lens
I am a Photographer, Military Wife and Great Dane Mom!!
I always used to joke that Chocolate was not food, it was a life-style choice. The same can definitely be said about Photography. Being a photographer is not about expensive kit, flashy advertising and clever gimmicks. Being a photographer is a privilege. You are being invited into someones world, their wedding, to capture memories for them.

I am a photographer 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. It never switches off. My camera is always with me, in the house, in the car, on a dog walk - it does help that I have a very photogenic Great Dane that loves having his picture taken - even when I am on the train to meet friends, the camera is there.
I have now lost count of the number of weddings I have been to, not only as a guest! Before I met my husband I was a Wedding Planner and completely understand how wonderful, and also how stressful the day can be. The last thing you want to be worrying about is your photographer. At a wedding, I try to blend in as much as possible. I will discuss with you what your guests dress code is, and I try to fit in with that as much as possible. Even my camera bag just looks like a big handbag, not a big black camera bag! One of my secrets is my Emergency Kit! I bring this to every Wedding I attend. As the Photographer at your Wedding I like to be prepared for everything.
I am very positive, happy, energetic person who is highly organised!
